About the Author: Jordan Jones

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had stories in my head—epic battles, lost kingdoms, prophecies whispered in the dark. After years spent writing lyrics and performing music, I finally gave shape to those stories in my debut fantasy novel, The Battle of Evermore: The Seventh Son.

Much of my inspiration comes from a lifetime immersed in music and fantasy. The soaring vocals of Ronnie James Dio, the storytelling power of Iron Maiden, and the conceptual brilliance of Queensrÿche shaped my love for narrative and myth. On the literary side, I’ve long admired the sweeping world-building of J.R.R. Tolkien and the haunting elegance of Edgar Allan Poe.

Outside of writing, I’m a longtime visual artist and builder. I enjoy airbrushing fantasy-themed artwork and crafting detailed scale dioramas—tiny worlds where dragons still fly and ruins hold secrets. These hobbies let me bring imagination to life in physical form, much like my stories do on the page.

The Battle of Evermore is only the beginning. While I plan to continue expanding the world of Evermore in future books, other themed stories are also in the works—each with its own voice, world, and magic to explore.
